Claim land and found your own town. Invite residents, set ranks and taxes, and run your town.

Sell chunks to residents, set plot types like shops, inns and farms, and fine-tune permissions.

Split town land into 3D spaces and sell them as rooms or storefronts — apartments and malls included.

Money comes from trading with other players. Check balances, pay others, see rankings and your history.

Open your own shop with a chest or barrel. In a commercial plot, just hit the chest with the item you want to sell.

A real bidding auction house. Set a starting price, buyout, bid increment and duration.
